Academy
FFO Youth Academy develops young talent through training, events, and upgrades.
Academy setup
- Weekly training for 20-week season. Track via club page updates.
- Midseason live event once per season. One player gets a positive or negative outcome.
- Offseason intake: acquire 2 academy players, including via scouts.

Scouts
- Purchased during preseason. One new player per season for five seasons.

Coaches
- Give five extra training weeks per season for every academy player.
- Contract length: three seasons.

- Cost: £35,000,000 fixed.
- One-time investment.
Promoting academy players
- Call up at 20 years old, only at season start.
- Auto-promoted at 22. Then normal roster rules apply.
- If academy drops below 4, replacements assigned at standard rates plus a fine.
- Goalkeeper restriction: must contain one GK but not two.
Transfer limitations
- Graduates cannot be sold for one full season after call-up.
- They can be loaned out for £5,000,000 per player, paid up front by the parent club. Negotiable lower after midseason.
