    Man Utd 4 - 1 Arsenal

I think this result pretty much sums up where I am with FFO right now if I'm being totally honest. Despite being reminded by three managers during the day that games were back, I still sheeted with a minute to spare without looking who my opponent was and sent a sheet with an error which is unlike me.

The break has been good for some but for me, made me realise that the only thing keeping me playing this game is the fact I've managed the same team for pretty much ten years plus and didnt want to pack them in and let Jon down or leave a post as one of the most longest serving gaffers at one club in the game.

If I'm honest, I don't like what the game has become, its a shadow of the FFO that was fun to play and had decent banter and interaction but is now so poisonous and toxic, I don't like the antics of a handful of people that play and spoil it for others and the break while I appreciate was needed for Jon to have a much needed holiday, has made me realise that I maybe to think if its worth carrying on in a game where I have a lot of reservations and questions and was needed to be reminded to sheet.

Take nothing away from todays game, I expected to be beat, well done Steveo, but I sheeted not knowing if I had Accrington Stanley or Real Madrid and with a minute to spare, any result my way would have been lucky.

    Played mate.

      Crystal Palace 1-0 Southampton

A win! And a clean sheet! Five defeats in a row have completely wrecked our league campaign and chance of CL football next season, but nice to see we remembered how to get one over the line here.

We were absolutely dominant in the second half, and the winner came from the penalty spot, but we’ll take things any which way at the moment.

        Chelsea 3 - 1 Aston Villa

Villa have been in tremendous form recently, so this was an excellent three points for us. We've been playing a lot of European style recently, but switched that up today to good effect playing on the counter. Villa scored first, but we roared back in the second half with two goals from our strikers Fati and Firmino, before Lacroix made it safe with a late 3rd. A win for Villa could have really put them in the mix for the title, they'd have only been 2 points behind City. You still can't count them out though, and they have an interesting game next verses Manchester City.

          Barnsley 1 Liverpool 1

Yet another dominant display that isn't rewarded with the 3 points that it clearly deserved. It really is the story of our season.

We're destined for a mid table finish but it's little wonder we are where we are with these sort of outcomes, there's been so many games like this it's become a bit of a farce.

Drastic changes needed end of season as for whatever reason this lot can't turn our superiority into victories.

            MANCHESTER UNITED 4-1 Arsenal

We did very well here, given our record against C especially. But Arsenal did miss a key man and that would've hampered their attacking threat a little. But once we started I felt in control of this one, even with them scoring to make it 2-1 early on, I just thought today was our day. 2 players who could've left, both on target with a double each, they're "old" but today showed their true quality.

We stay where we are in the league, as always, we just keep going, chipping away at the games, and have as good a finish as we can make it after that 4 game poor run.
