Were the listed sanctions enforced?

Im only really interested in the blackburn one.

Whilst I understand there has been a caretaker in place, they are only under the 23 squad limit due to "staff involvment" pushing through a deal once I left.

I had a deal in place to sell hummels but to sign somekne else.

Once I left, burnley manager got upset about losing the hummels deal aa he would be under 23 so it was forced to go through, but the second deal wasn't... thus leaving Blackburn under the number instead.

As far as I can tell Hummmels was in the Burnley squad for game 3 of this season, we've just had game 33 so I would argue that 30 games should have been enough to get someone in

Same could be argued burnley could have gotten someone in but for some reason the rules were changed for that 1 deal only.

I don't remember the details of the deal and why it was pushed through.

Fact remains however that Blackburn had 30 games to resolve the situation of being a man short - the BHN was opened the week after the deal was processed so there was ample opportunity to sign someone.

The caretaker wasnt appointed until 2 - 3 weeks after so not sure how long the BHN was there.

Like i said, i know he had time to fix it, just saying its shitty to punish him, coz the burnley manager had a cry he was going under the 23 man rule coz i changed teams, so the deal was pushed, yet the deal i had in place to also keep blackburn above numbers was not pushed.

Really the punishment is £2 million - he's paid £2 million more than the BHN value of the keeper that was signed for a player that is arguably useful for his side

Tony, did you tell me who the signing was? I dont recall it at all

But John is right, the keeper blackburn signed is their best backup so really they have come up well here
