Player minute requirements

Hi, quick query here... why has one of my players got a -20 minute requirement?

There are plenty of players like this. Im not sure why but the important factor is they dont need to play any minutes

Players aged 31 and over get a reduction in minutes as per bellow.

But to summarise a 16-13 FW needs 180 minutes. Then take his reduction of -200 for his age. As Marshy said bellow, the main thing is he doesn't need to play this season.

Thanks, I missed the age deduction from my calculation. I failed to spot the "-" and added it instead so clearly my glasses are not working as well as they should be!
